C-MAIL™ Security Controls:

  • The core program code of the C-MAIL™ software is encrypted.

  • C-MAIL™ software does not copy or retain any content in email’s body or its attachment files on the C-MAIL’s servers or network (unless a customer specifically opts-in to have C-MAIL retain this information for reporting purposes)”.

  • The C-MAIL™ software encrypts all its communication with the C-MAIL servers using  industry-standard (or company-provided) digital security certificates

  • The C-MAIL™ database tables containing sensitive information are encrypted

  • The C-MAIL™ software (internal) username and password credentials are dynamically generated to avoid any unauthorized access to the data

  • Access to C-MAIL™ Server is defined at various levels with user names and passwords required. The top level access is only provided to the designated personnel.

  • Complete audit trail including who accessed the C-MAIL Server, what was accessed and when, is maintained in the logs.

  • If C-MAIL™ manages its on-premise servers, its employees have no access to the sensitive database (only the company management with top level access (username / password protected) will have that access).

  • All C-MAIL™ employees go through a rigorous background
criminal check performed by a reputable third-party.
