C-MAIL automatically prioritizes your email based on smart learning and company’s email productivity policies

C-MAIL AUTOMATICALLY prioritizes and categorizes all your e-mail messages into High, Medium, Low and Someday prioritization categories, offering a single workbench to help focus and take prioritized actions on your e-mail. As a result, it provides e-mail productivity metrics and reporting analyses to both individual e-mail users and their management.

C-MAIL productivity technologies and processes mine an e-mail user's past e-mail and analyze his/her e-mail clicking behavior to intelligently prioritize that user's electronic communications. C-MAIL may also factor in company e-mail productivity policies and business rules. Simply put, it continuously learns from the user's e-mail behavior.

  • C-MAIL's prioritization engine prioritizes a user's e-mail traffic based on what is important to that particular user at that particular point in time. This approach is analogous to the way large search engines categorize web page content by monitoring the visitor's clicking and surfing behavior.
  • Gathers data in the background to measure productivity and map social network & collaboration trends
  • The intelligence gathered by the prioritization engine from a user or (cumulatively) from a group of users is further leveraged to further improve the email prioritization accuracy as well as to enable more efficient e-mail archiving and management.
